Common Booking Questions and How To  

Affective August 1, 2024 All booking and payments will be moved to our NEW online System. Please be patient with us as we transition. Our hopes are to make booking easier for you as well as free up some of our time!

Setting up Online Account 

Initial Set up will take you a few minutes. Once you have done this booking your stays are quick and easy. 

Step One  VIsit our New online booking page and click "Are you a new customer" just under the Dog Oasis Logo.

Step Two  Follow Prompts and set up your online account. Areas notated with an * are required as well as emergency contact info. 

Email and SMS  This is your choice but we HIGHLY Recommend you click all the boxed. We WILL NOT spam you. This is how Dog Oasis will communicte with you about your booking and billing.   

Email and Password  Lastly enter your email and create a password. Click Set Up account. Complete any errors that you may be prompted. Once Done you have created your account and will be directed to your online dashboard. 

 

Booking Boarding Online

Booking Boarding  From your dashboard you will click Add  Booking

Adding a Credit Card  You will be promted to add your credit card first.  This card WILL NOT BE CHARGED without notice. If you wish when payment is due this card can be used to complete payment.  You will be emailed invoices and will have the choice to pay with other methods.  You have the ability to change cards in your online dashboard at any time. ESTABLISHED clients who prefer to pay in cash may continue to do this.         

Select Service  Select Boarding from the drop down menu. Select Number or Pets then select each pet. Your pets should have been set up in the initial registration but pets can be added in your online dashboard.  Next Select Dates of stay. Click Check Availability If stay is available click next step. (If not available text me to confirm since this system will have kinks to work out)   

Services  The next screen are add-on services we have available. While MOST everything is included in your dog(s) stay we do have some treats and services available to add-on. For More details on each treat visit our Purchase Treat Page. Baths can be added on but there are some circumstances where they cant be completed. We will send invoice withl bath price for approval.  Make your add-on selections or simply scroll to the bottom and click next step to continue.         

Drop off and Pick Up Times  In This section you will create an appointment for Drop off and Pick Up.  Please see our Boarding Page with appointment information. Please treat this time as an appointment. Our Boarding Page explains why this is important. The Drop off Time is the most important. We can be more flexible with your pick up time due to travel delays etc. Please leave any notes and then click book.

Confirmation Important Step. Your reservation IS NOT completed until we confirm it.  We will enter cost for the stay and you will receive an email that lets you know your dog(s) stay has been confirmed and the total for the stay. At this step you can make a partial or full payment.  You can also wait until closer to the stay to complete payment.  Payments are due before your dog(s) stay begins. Please also looking at our Boarding Page for our Cancellation Policy. 

 

Booking In Home Pet Care Online

Booking In Home Pet Care     This is not quiet as automated as Boarding. From your dashboard you will click Add Booking

Select Service  Select Home Stay from the drop down menu. Select Number or Pets then select each pet. Your pets should have been set up in the initial registration but pets can be added in your online dashboard.  Next Select Dates of stay. Click Check Availability If stay is available click next step. (If not available text me to confirm since this system will have kinks to work out)   

Add Booking  Here you will pick a start and end time. PICK ANY TIMES to move forward. Then in the Comment Section comment how many visits each day you need. Once you submit your request we will change it in our system and contact you to confirm we have the home visits correct.     

Payment   Once we have contacted you and have your visits scheduled you will receive an invoice by email. Home Visit Invoices are due a minimum of One day before first visit is too start.     
 

Getting Help    We expect some issues as we work out the kinks. If you have problems with any steps text or call and we will work with you to get your account set up and your booking request complete. We appreciate your patience as we grow.
